Daily Risk Board

Trader risk review

Calculation basis & review thresholds
Basis: realized MT5 trading profit after fees and swap divided by reconstructed opening balance. Deposits and withdrawals are excluded from profit; floating P&L is excluded. Periods follow the broker history clock (week starts Monday). Daily −2% / −3%, weekly −5% / −7% and monthly −8% flag CRO review here; equity-based enforcement requires verified equity baselines. Loss-streak labels are advisory and do not block MT5 orders.

Tier review criteria & calculation basis

Master Plan §7.3: monthly review, average realized R-multiple ≥1.5R, rolling 30-day drawdown under 5%, and no rule violations in the last 90 days. A verified initial monetary risk, cash-flow-adjusted equity history and reconciled incident records are required before confirming these criteria. Win rate and profit factor use completed positions after fees and swap. Missing data is not a passing score. Tier changes remain a management decision; no automatic promotion or demotion occurs here.

Capital — Prop Firms

Funded Accounts

Every prop-firm evaluation or funded account, across every firm — a trader can hold more than one (§3.1's two-account approach). Est. Payout runs each account's live profit through the full waterfall in Master Plan §7.2 — prop firm's cut, Compliance Reserve, role overrides, then the trader's tier split — so it's what that trader would actually be paid today, not the raw account P&L.

Accounts

One row per account, not per trader
Firm daily/max loss limits and payout split are the firm's own published terms (reference only, re-verify against their current rulebook) — Empire One's internal stop is always tighter and trips first by design (Risk Protocol §3). Daily P&L is stored as a signed percentage — negative means a loss (e.g. −3.2 = down 3.2% today).

Live Accounts

Master Plan live-capital controls
Individual sub-accounts retain trader-level accountability (§4.3–4.9). Live-capital access requires the approved tier and allocation. The 15% drawdown rule uses a verified, cash-flow-adjusted high-water mark and joint CRO + MD review. Observed equity peaks are monitoring samples, not verified high-water marks. Live remittance is weekly on Friday under §10.2; payouts follow the reviewed Master Plan waterfall. Operations reconciles statements monthly; CRO + Head Analyst review exposure weekly. Broker and provider concentration controls require reviewed classification and the capital denominator.

Capital — Investors

Investor Accounts

Tracks each outside investor's segregated sub-account (Master Plan §8.5, Investor Agreement §2) — separate from Funded and Live accounts because the fee mechanic is different: a performance fee owed to Empire One, charged only on new profit above the investor's high-water mark, not a trader profit split.

Accounts

One row per investor
Lock-up and redemption terms are placeholders per Investor Agreement §2/§5 (90-day lock-up, quarterly windows, 30 days' notice) — confirm against the signed terms for each investor, since these are negotiable per account.
Process

Remittance Tracker

Prop firms and brokers pay out to the individual trader, not to Empire One FX directly (Master Plan §10.1) — this tracks whether each trader has actually forwarded what's owed. Live accounts are due weekly, every Friday; funded accounts are due within 3 business days of the trader receiving that firm's payout (§10.2).

Outstanding & Recent Remittances

Only accounts with a nonzero amount owed appear here
Late/short remittance follows the four-level ladder in Master Plan §10.4 — Level 1 (1–3 days late) is a logged warning, Level 2 (>3 days late or short without notice) suspends trading access on that account. This tracker flags status; the CRO still applies the actual suspension per the Violation Log.
Process

Dividend Declaration

The Day 20 pool (post-Layer-6 reinvestment, Master Plan §7.2/§10) defaults to staying reinvested — declaring a dividend instead requires an active Member Agreement §8 vote (6 of 10), per Master Plan §10.5. One declaration per calendar month — matching the Day 20 monthly meeting. The Declaration History below records what was decided.

Propose a Declaration

Recording a declaration logs the payout for this month. The underlying account profit is not modified — the next month's Day 20 meeting starts from the same balances. This matches the Master Plan: the reinvestment pool is a decision point, not a ledger adjustment.

Roadmap & Phase Progression

Master Plan §8's three phases, checked against the completion criteria in §8.4. Items marked Auto are computed live from real data elsewhere in the console; the rest are qualitative confirmations someone has to attest to by hand.

A phase isn't complete just because every box is checked — Master Plan §8.4 requires the Managing Director to sign off that the checklist actually reflects reality before the roadmap advances.

Configuration

Settings

Every money-related number the console calculates from — risk thresholds, tier splits, waterfall percentages, firm terms, and investor defaults — lives here instead of being buried in code.

Changing a number here changes what the console calculates and flags — it does not change what's written in the signed documents. If you adjust a risk threshold, tier split, or fee percentage, update the matching figure in the Risk Protocol, Master Plan, Member Agreement, or Investor Agreement too, or the console and the paperwork will quietly disagree.

Risk Thresholds

Tier Profit Splits

Live split of 0 (or blank) means that tier isn't eligible for live-capital profit share — matches Master Plan §7.1's Probationary rule by default, but any tier can be set to 0 here if the group changes that policy.

Profit Waterfall

Prop Firm Presets

Investor Defaults

Applied only when a new investor is added — existing investor accounts keep their own already-agreed terms.

Backup & restore

Export the entire console to a JSON file. If browser data clears, you can restore from the last export.

Reset everything

Restores every setting above to Empire One FX's original defaults. Trader, account, and investor data is not affected.
